Terms of sale

SimpleWallpaperClub sells digital wallpapers. When you buy a set, you get a permanent download link to the full-resolution files for that set, shown after payment and emailed to the address used at checkout (or to the gift recipient). Prices are shown in US dollars and payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your card details.

Phone versions and set contents

Desktop sets include matching phone wallpapers where they are available. Phone versions are released on a rolling basis and may arrive after a desktop set first goes on sale; when they are added, they are delivered to your existing download link at no extra cost and you do not need to buy anything again. Set contents, including the number of phone wallpapers, may differ slightly from the desktop set. The desktop wallpapers shown on a set’s page are what you are buying at checkout, and a phone version not yet being available is not, on its own, grounds for a refund. Licence

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive licence to use the wallpapers on devices you own or use, such as your computers, phones and tablets. You may not resell, redistribute, share the files or the download link publicly, or use the artwork in products, merchandise, advertising or AI training data. For any other use, contact us first.

Refunds

Because the files are delivered instantly, sales are generally final. If something is wrong — a file won’t open, the set isn’t what was described, or you were charged twice — email us at simplewallpaperclub@gmail.com and we will fix it or refund you. When an order is refunded or charged back, its download link is switched off.

Privacy

We collect what we need to deliver your order and run the shop:

Orders: your email address, what you bought and when, so we can deliver and resend your files. Payment details are handled by Stripe.
Free sample: when you claim the free set we store your email to send the download link and, at most, two short follow-up emails about the full collection in the days after. Buyers and anyone who unsubscribes get none, every email has a one-click unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your address at any time.
Messages: what you send through the contact form, so we can reply.
Analytics: anonymous, first-party usage data — pages viewed, which sets were opened, scroll depth, the referring site and device type — stored with a random identifier, not your name or email. We use no advertising trackers and sell nothing to anyone.

Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (Supabase for the database and files, Netlify for the website, Stripe for payments and Resend for email). To access or delete your data, email simplewallpaperclub@gmail.com.
